Job Overview

We’re looking for a Team Leader with leadership skills to support Shannon and lead her new team as she prepares to move into her own home. You’ll need a good understanding of autism and the ability to respond to Shannon’s changing needs. You’ll help the team work together in a person-centred way, supporting Shannon to live more independently and pursue her goals.

If you’d like to be part of Shannon’s story and support her to live independently, we’d love to hear from you
